If the packaging or the product was defective or damaged, please raise the issue with us at support@teapoy.co. Subject to verification, we will arrange a pick-up and either replace the order with a product of your choice or credit your account for another purchase.
If we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please notify us at support@teapoy.co. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped. Please allow us up to 7 days to arrange the replacements.
A full refund to the original payment source will only be issued in the case of a duplicate payment within 7 working days. For any other concerns, please contact us at support@teapoy.co.
